Dennis Mullin
A veteran White House, State Department and foreign correspondent, Dennis Mullin is President of Mullin Communications Inc, which produces ContinentalDivide.us and all of its associated publications and services. Mr. Mullin left U.S. News & World Report as Chief White House Correspondent and held the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Press Fellow Chair at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. Among his assignments were: The Lebanese civil war; the war on the Horn of Africa; the Iranian revolution and fall of the Shah; the invasion of Grenada; the Falklands War; the Iran-Iraq War, and the petro-dollar boom. He has interviewed the Shah of Iran; King Hussein of Jordan; Saddam Hussein of Iraq; King Fahd of Saudi Arabia; Prime Ministers Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres of Israel; the PLO's Yasser Arafat, Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines, many cabinet-level officials around the world and most recently the Sultan of Oman and President Glafcos Clerides of Cyprus. Prior to joining U.S. News, Mr. Mullin covered the Vietnam War for the Far Eastern Economic Review and the South China Morning Post Co. in Hong Kong. He has worked for the Federal Times and the Navy Times and has been published in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Washington Times, The Orange County Register, The Christian Science Monitor, The Sacramento Bee and numerous other publications and has appeared widely on television.
Bill Rife
Bill has extensive experience as a Computer Software Human Resources Consultant, foreign and English Language Instructor and Curriculum Developer in the U.S.and overseas. He worked for three years as a Technical English and French Language Instructor with ARAMCO (Arabian-American Oil Co.) in Saudi Arabia, and also served for three years in the U.S. Army in Heidelberg, Germany. He holds a BA from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, with undergraduate work at The American University of Cairo, Egypt, and the University of Oslo, Norway. Graduate studies include one year at L'Institut d'Etudes Politique (Sciences Po), Paris, France, and two years of Western European Area Studies at American University, Washington, D.C. He worked closely with all major Software Houses, Hardware Manufacturers, Vendors, Consulting Firms, Developers and Dot.Coms. Bill has also been a Professional Language Instructor, teaching English as a foreign language (TOFEL), in addition to French, German, and Norwegian. He also has a working knowledge of Egyptian and Saudi Arabic. He previously spent several months doing anthropometric research in Kenya, Uganda, The Congo, and Zanizibar.
